BiteFX Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
BiteFX products are shipped to you using an appropriate shipping method, usually UPS Ground, that will usually take 3-5 business days.
Shipping within the United States is included in the price of the product. Express (next day) shipping can be requested at an additional cost. International shipping is charged an additional $30.

Returns
If you need to return a BiteFX product please take the following steps:
  1. If you are returning the product with a request for your money back and you have installed and registered the product, you need to unregister each installed copy of BiteFX. This disables BiteFX and lets us know that you are no longer using the product. To unregister BiteFX, perform the following instructions on each computer that has a registered copy of BiteFX:- Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet (if it cannot be connected to the Internet, see the BiteFX User Guide for instructions)
    - Start BiteFX
    - From the BiteFX menu, select About
    - From the About box, select "Product Registration"
    - From the "BiteFX Registration" dialog select "Unregister"- You should see a message confirming that BiteFX has been unregistered. If there are problems connecting to the BiteFX license server, see the BiteFX User Guide for instructions.
  2. Write a note indicating why you are returning BiteFX and what action you would like us to take. For example:
    Product was damaged in shipment. Please send a replacement copy.
    or
    CD has been damaged. Please send a replacement CD.
  3. In your note be sure to give us:
    - The address to which you would like us to send a replacement or your refund check
    - A phone number at which you can be contacted should any details need to be clarified
    - The date you bought BiteFX and who you purchased it from (if you didn't order it online from bitefx.com)
  4. Enclose your note and the product (for a money-back request) or damaged component and ship to:

    PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS TRACKED SO THAT YOU CAN CONFIRM WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE.
  5. We will process your request promptly, calling you if there are any unexpected delays.
  6. Refunds are issued by check and are only paid after the original purchase payment has been received by D2Effects LLC (whether from a distributor or credit card company).
